Task 1: Analyze, build and develop applications

Coordinate with Business Analyst members to analyze technical requirements, and plan solution development.
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java/Spring code. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
Make a detailed implementation plan for the assigned tasks in the software development project.
Participate in assigned tasks in application programming, API integration, … of the project

Task 2: Research and propose application system

Actively research new applications/tools to meet the business and operations units to understand the functional needs of the system users as well as the various technology teams, both within and outside of a financial firm.
Research new technologies, and new techniques in programming applications to apply to assigned tasks to improve product quality.

Task 3: Proceed to the tasks assigned by leaders in addition to the job description or plan.

Yêu cầu công việc

1.Level(Education): College, university or equivalent degree in IT majors

2.Knowledge:

Knowledge on Application Development Security Standards by OWASP Top 10
Knowledge on Application Development using Software Development Life Cycle SDLC using various methodologies like Agile/Scrum.
Knowledge on BPMN 2.0, CMMN, DMN, and ECM in plus
Knowledge of design, analysis, application development, standards, encrypt coding, automation testing

3.Professional certificates

College/university degree or certificate; IT major, or related major is preferred
Preferably having certificates Java, Node JS, TypeScript, C++, Microservices, CI/CD,…

4.Experience

4.1: Professional experience

5+ years of IT experience in analysis, design, development, documentation, implementing and testing of software systems in Java, J2EE, Node JS, Python, C++ and Internet technologies.
Good experience with relational database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, NoSQL, Redis, MS SQL.
Require experience to work with system Microservices.
Experience working in API Integration, RESTful API, WebSocket, SSO, SAML.
Require knowledge authentication tokens such as OAth and OpenID connect.
Experience with Unit Test, Microservices, CI/CD (Gitlab, Jenkin, Bamboo, Azure Pipeline...).
Experience working in a source-controlled environment such as GIT, or TFVC
Deep experience developing, testing, documenting and releasing mission-critical software

4.2: Management experience

5. Skills:

Proficient in at least 1 programming language
Ability to adapt to new programming languages
Research and problem solving skills
Good communication and interaction skills with stakeholders
Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Time management skills
Reporting skills.
