1. Job purpose:
Do offshore projects and develop projects for Customers from Design to delivery phase
2. Reporting line: Department Manager and PM/PL
3. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for development, customization, testing, debugging software solution
- Technical experience in contributing complex low level design, coding, unit / module testing, designing test procedures.
- Contribute in integration, fixing of bugs reported by customer, review of work done by peers, preparing test reports and customer documentation.
- Capability to contribute in high-level design of less complex feature areas; guide fresh / less experienced SE's in team
- To keep good relationship with customers and members
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer science and Software Engineering
- At least 02 years of experience in .NET, Java programming and Core and Architectural building.
- Programming, Database, Operating System skill.
- Full skill in Software Development Project methodology: UI design, program design, documentation, coding, testing, bug fixing and deployment
- Working experience in Offshore company for Japanese customer is advantage
- Desired personal qualities: Good teamwork and good communication in Vietnamese and English or Japanese, New technical update
- Progress management skill, documentation skill and testing skill are required.
- Self-awareness and confidence
- Sense of responsibility, result-oriented and deadline commitment.
- Ready for Short time Onsite Support /Over sea biz trip if company request.
