• Manage the team performance, effectiveness and compliance​
• Responsible for managing Networking and Infrastructure Team to ensure the availability, integrity and confidentiality of:​
  • Core networking, firewall, core infrastructure hardware and devices​
  • Core connectivity topology including WAN, leased-lines, branch connectivity's, third parties and Group connectivity​
  • All office buildings and branches IT infrastructure ​
  • Network automation​
• Keep track the Incident & Change Management of related field to provide professional resolution and SLA according to IT Policy​
• Take technical ownership of projects related to Networking and core business system to effectively following the project timeline and deliverables​
• Take place in developing and maintaining Business Continuity and Contingency plans including disaster recovery plans, communication and escalation plans, and emergency operations plans.​
• Maintain documentation and procedures to ensure adherence to institutional, state and federal policies and regulations​
• Provide suitable technology / solution on Networking, Telecommunication (Voice IP)​
