Build a startup platform from scratch
Be in charge of full-stack engineering such as infrastructure deployment, software development, code review, mentoring, etc. to build the best software solutions, team productivity, and culture.
Write clean and maintainable code that is properly tested and reviewed
Brainstorm to make clear product ideas and technical solutions
Monitor the performance of the live platform and continuously improve them on both code and experience level
Collaborate with the Technical Manager, and Mobile teams to design, build and ship new features.

Yêu cầu công việc

Must have:

At least 3 years working in a Backend Engineer role
Experience in OOP, FP, Javascript, Nodejs (ExpressJs, NestJS framework)
Experience in Rest API, MySQL, NoSQL (a must)
Willing to work as Full stack position
DevOps experience with Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
Cloud Platform (AWS, GCP, Azure, Firase).
Very comfortable learning new technologies, tools, and platforms

Nice to have:

Strong foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design
Understanding under the hood of networking and application layers when designing, developing, and deploying the solutions.
Experience in large-scale systems such as microservice architecture, API gateway pattern, caching, multiprocessing, reverse proxy, firewall high availability design.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Strong logical thinking & problem-solving, good teamwork.
High responsibility, ownership, initiative and passion
