Responsibilities and Performance Objectives 

• Ensure transparent communication across project team members. 
• Develop or update project plans for projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules and staffing. 
• Ensure resource availability and allocation. Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects. 
• Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables. 
• Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel. 
• Schedule and facilitate meetings related to projects to ensure the transparency of information between management and development. 
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. 
• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. 
• Conduct analysis, report current situations, issues and risks, and propose necessary changes to the stakeholders. 
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. 
• Support to remove blockers of the project teams to achieve goals.
