Position Description

As a Lead AI Engineer, we expect you to use a mix of mature technical expertise, fluent EN business communication skill, leadership experience, and logical reasoning ability of business to effectively integrate AI technology/solution into our clients' business and achieve business goals.

This is an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy R&D and be challenged and grow in the field of AI-First software / product development. Along the way this role will contribute to game-changing products for the multi-trillion-dollar industry.

Responsibilities and Performance Objectives

• Work collaboratively with the Business and Research team, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s current capabilities, and to support the overall business strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams(FE/BE Engineers, DevOps, QAS) to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Guide and motivate the AI Engineer team to achieve company goals using various strategies, including empowerment and trust.
• Design and implement data pipelines and scalable AI architectures to address business challenges.
• Ensuring the quality, integrity, and security of data.
