NashTech
The Network Lead will act in both management (20%) and technical (80%) duties of NashTech IT network team, providing IT network services across environments, platforms, technologies, and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Work with ITM/ITD to define and plan for IT future state and roadmap.
- Manage and oversee IT network team to ensure all IT infrastructure systems and business systems work at the optimal level.
- Develop IT Network operation procedures (IT-SOPs) as well as technical documents.
- Co-operate with other IT team (System, Security, Support, Development) in deploying, maintaining, secure and improve IT networks across environments (Development, Testing, Production).
- Interact with customers (internal/external) and stakeholders, and provide recommendations and inputs when needed.
- Respond to related network tasks.
- Other works that are assigned by ITM/ITD.
- At least 4 years in IT network, including at least 2 years in IT Network Lead or equivalent position.
Strong and experienced hands-on knowledge of Technical, with overall IT knowledge (ie. Workstation, Server, Network, network security).
- Management skills for planning, workload prioritizing, and managing to ensure IT System service agreement levels and KPIs are met.
- 2 years or more of working experience with LAN and WAN networking technologies.
CCNA, CCNP certification
- 1-year working experience with Azure network.
- Experience working with ITIL processes is a plus.
- Bachelor in IT
- Good English communication.
