Tóm tắt công việc

Analysis of biological data, mainly single-cell next-generation sequencing data and/or proteomics data
Build data analysis pipelines
Develop machine learning and deep learning models for classification or prognosis
Research and develop algorithms for biological data analysis
Participate in big data analysis projects for data mining, model building, and algorithm development
Participate in error handling and improve the data analysis process

Yêu cầu công việc

Either have a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, and related disciplines, or have a Bachelor’s degree in equivalent disciplines
Knowledge of probability statistics and machine learning, priority to the interest of processing biological data and solving questions in the healthcare research
Proficient in Linux/Unix and command line
Knowledge of programming languages such as R, Python, and BASH
Ability to explore new tools and applications in various programming languages
Good English reading skills, especially reading materials in English
Have the ability to do teamwork, and be open for communication
Work independently and self-study
Work under high pressure
Desire to build positive values for the community
