Job description
• Lead the design, coding, testing, debugging, and maintenance of complex web applications using PHP and React.
• Establish and maintain development workflows, ensuring we consistently follow industry best practices.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and technical requirements for successful project delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in PHP, React, and related technologies, bringing innovative solutions to enhance our products and processes.
• Document architectural decisions, project specifications, and development processes for knowledge sharing and maintaining a well-documented codebase.
• Optimize application performance for fast and seamless user experiences.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Your skills and experience
• Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer, with strong skills in PHP and React. (We also open positions for Frontend React Developer and Backend PHP Developer).
• Experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento), Magento 2 (plus).
• Experience with other e-commerce platforms and CMS is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
• Knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases, and an understanding of SQL query optimisation techniques.
• Proficiency in using version control systems like Git for collaborative development.
• Familiarity with build tools, package managers, and task runners.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an eye for detail in development.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English both verbal and writing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
