For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for a Java Team Leader. As such, you always will be working with the latest proven technologies in a state of the art office with an open environment. Our client is an international IT outsourcing company, based in the Netherlands with main office located in Ho Chi Minh City and branche office in Hanoi. They have decided to extend their current team from 12 to 25 members in Q1 next year. They are looking for a Team Leader with hands on approach in coding to direct the development in the right direction. He or she has to live in Ho Chi Minh or Hanoi and must have deep knowledge of Java (preferably v.17), AWS and Kafka; at the same time can communicate really well in English (Advanced English).
Job requirements
• 7+ years of experience in Java (from version 11 and up, preferrably v17).
• 3+ years of experience in Leading a team or other position related.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Highly self-organized, reliable and goal oriented.
• Excellent communication skills, advanced in English
• Strong management skills and ability to build a large team
• Strong experience in developing with Spring, Spring Boot, web services and REST APIs
• Good knowledge of databases
• Great to have previous experience as a Scrum Master
• Nice to have experience with VueJS.
• Nice to have experience with Apache Flux and Flink.
