Responsibilities

• Establish collaborative environment including documentation and modelling tools to analyze, design and validate changes to enterprise architecture following principle of automation over manual work, people over process, continuous improvement over rigid design.
• Actively suggest ideas, cooperate on design and validate proposals from business departments.
• Evangelize and promote importance of non-functional requirements and right integration patterns to non-technical roles and stakeholders.
• Initiate and lead execution of proof of concepts with agile teams, put results into context and evaluate feasibility and efficiency of selected solution.
• Cooperate with agile development, infrastructure and security teams, participate on agile rituals and maintain both-ways communication.
• Provide architecture and solution design consultancy to business departments.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of major business initiatives and initiatives of competitors in local market.
