Position Overview:

We are in search of a Database Administrator with a strong background in Oracle database operations and Unix-based operating systems. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to write and tune SQL scripts, manage DBMS performance, and troubleshoot database issues effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Oracle database systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Write, tune, and optimize SQL scripts to improve database efficiency and meet application requirements.
• Monitor database performance, conduct regular performance tuning, and provide solutions to database issues.
• Implement and manage backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive database documentation, including architecture designs, implementation plans, and operation manuals.
• Able to make shell/python script in Unix for database management like backup, restore and monitoring.
