Key Responsibilities
● Product Development: Lead the end-to-end development of a B2B global product, from concept to launch.
● Roadmap Planning: Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
● Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products.
● Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
● User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the product and user experience.
● Agile Methodology: Utilize your experience in Scrum or Agile methodologies to streamline development processes and improve team efficiency.
● Product Design & Discovery: Participate in product design and discovery sessions, contributing to wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
● Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, PMO, or Project Manager.
● Technical Skills: Basic understanding of coding, wireframing, and product design.
● Agile Expertise: Proven experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
● Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
