Consulting and Technical Support for Merchants

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the Consulting and Technical Support for Merchants team at Zalopay.
• Participate in meetings with merchants to present and consult on technical solutions for integrating Zalopay payment models into their systems.
• Assist merchants in evaluating, integrating, configuring, and troubleshooting our models, monitoring to ensure seamless implementation and alignment with their business goals.
• Evaluate and improve technical documentation to ensure it is clear, professional, user-friendly, and up-to-date with advancements for partners during the integration process.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, and Technical teams to ensure smooth integration and meet partner requirements.
• Provide feedback from partners to relevant departments to improve products and processes.
• Receive issue reports from CS, the 247 team, or merchants, identify and verify the problem, then collaborate with relevant teams to resolve and troubleshoot.
• Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to better support our merchants.
