With a growing user base and complex technological systems, we are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Manager to safeguard our platform and lead our cybersecurity initiatives.

Job Summary:

As a Cyber Security Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a robust cybersecurity strategy to protect our super app platform and users. You will oversee security operations, manage a team of security professionals, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your role is crucial in identifying potential risks, addressing vulnerabilities, and creating a secure environment for both our users and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategy: Align with overall business goals to safeguard the company‘s assets, data, and infrastructure.
• Manage security operations: Oversee incident response, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence activities.
• Lead security team: Supervise, train, and mentor security officers, ensuring the team‘s growth and alignment with organizational goals.
• Perform security audits and risk assessments: Identify and mitigate risks through regular assessments and implementing preventative measures.
• Ensure compliance: Ensure the company complies with standards like ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and Zero Trust frameworks.
• Security awareness programs: Design and implement training programs to elevate the company‘s security posture among employees.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and IT teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle and business operations.
• Budget oversight: Control security-related expenses and manage the cybersecurity budget efficiently.
