Job Brief
• We are looking for an Senior Manual Test/ Test Lead to join our testing team for new Banking project.
Responsibilities
• Managing manual testing teams;
• Managing testing project performance, related to time line, quality, resource…
• Hiring new members, developing testing resources and training new comers
• Performing the testing activities, working closely with the customers;
• Identifying areas of improvement to drive the quality of the products

• At least 04 years of working experience in manual testing; Must have experience in Banking domain.
• Understanding about Web application, Window application and Mobile application testing;
• Experience in various test phases (integration, system, UAT) and production support
• Working experience in creating test documentation (Test Plan, Test Strategy, Test Report, extended test metrics)
• Ability to select a test strategy appropriate to the specifics of the project and customer requirements
• Good knowledge about software development process, especially software testing process;
• Passion, proactive with high responsibility;
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
