• Define, customize the software development process in the projects based on the company process.
• Monitor process compliance
• Periodically perform process audit and product audit.
• Prepare QA reports and send to Managers or clients as needed.
• Consult client, Project managers, other members for process, templates, checklists.
• Maintain QMS satisfying ISO 9001 requirement, CMMi.
• Provide Senior Leadership Team project status report and process compliance periodically.
• Collaborate and report Global QA Team about project status and process compliance periodically.
• Train employees for the process, related tools and techniques.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or relevant major.
• More than 4 years experiences of software development process, quality assurance (QA) or similar role.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Knowledge of QA process audit, product audit, statistic, quality report and analysis.
• Knowledge of QA system development and implementation.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, CMMi.
• Excellent cooperation and communication skills.
