Project & Opportunity
• As a Software Development Solution Architect specializing in the media domain, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and end-users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of media-related projects. Your expertise in both software architecture and the media industry will be critical in shaping our technological direction and delivering state-of-the-art media solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance software architectures for media applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead the architectural design and implementation of media solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company standards.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance the development process and product quality.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and provide feedback to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the media domain and incorporate them into our solutions.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in the software development process.
• Propose and present technical solutions to customers, articulating the benefits and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing our media solutions and capabilities.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a focus on software development in the media domain.
• Strong understanding of media technologies, including video streaming, content management systems, digital rights management, and media encoding/decoding.
• Proficiency in Java is essential, with additional experience in other software development languages such as C#, Python, and JavaScript being advantageous.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in French, with native-level proficiency.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in proposing and presenting technical solutions to customers, including creating and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations
