Currently, we are looking for one IT Head (Director / Sr. Manager). Join us to write your own success stories!

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team, define KPIs/OKRs and performance metrics for IT functions, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with business needs.
• Oversee IT budgeting, cost control, and investment planning, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Establish and enforce IT governance frameworks, including policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security requirements.
• Oversee enterprise risk management (ERM) for IT, ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR) readiness.
• Define training programs and career development plans to upskill the IT workforce in line with industry trends.
• Act as a technology advisor to the executive leadership team, providing insights on IT trends, security risks, and digital opportunities.
• Manage company internal projects such as CRM, Intranet, HRM, internal projects for digital transformation.
• Manage and maintain company IT policies and IT infrastructure: network, servers, virtualization, and all business software/ applications (Jira, Confluence, Social Intranet, Service
• Desks, Source code control (GIT, SVN), and other Back-office systems) to ensure durability and availability of these systems.
