• Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy to ensure the quality of our software applications. 
• Ensure that all testing is carried out in accordance with industry best practices and standards. 
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts to improve testing efficiency and accuracy 
• Coordinate all applications testing teams to ensure that testing is carried out in a timely and efficient manner
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that testing is integrated into the development process.
• Develop and maintain testing metrics to measure the effectiveness of the testing process.
• Identify and report on any risks or problems found during testing as soon as possible.
• Provide regular reports to onshore managers on the status of testing and any issues or concerns.
• Promotes a constructive, positive team environment and maintains a spirit of openness, information sharing, inquisitiveness, problem- solving, and support for our common goals.
