We are looking for a Web Designer who is passionate about creating user-centered, visually appealing, and conversion-optimized websites. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and Developers to deliver high-quality websites and digital experiences for our clients. You will be involved from initial concept through to final delivery — ensuring both design excellence and technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with PMs and clients to understand business goals, user needs, and project requirements.
• Design responsive website layouts, UI components, and visual systems that align with client branding and performance goals.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and consistent user experience across platforms.
• Participate in feedback loops and iterate designs based on stakeholder input and data insights (e.g., heatmaps, analytics).
• Maintain and improve design quality and consistency across projects by following design system standards.
• Effectively manage a high volume of projects, balancing speed and quality while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and front-end technologies.
