- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and/or backend services.
- Lead test strategy and planning, ensuring comprehensive coverage across functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
- Execute manual and exploratory testing when necessary to identify defects and edge cases not captured by automation.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and quality goals.
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
- Analyze test results, track defects, and communicate quality risks effectively.
- Drive adoption of continuous testing practices within CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior QCs and share best practices on automation, test design, and quality mindset.
- Research and recommend new testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies to continuously improve QA efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on test automation.
- Proven hands-on experience in building automation frameworks using languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Proficiency with automation and testing tools (Postman).
- Solid understanding of API testing and working with databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests into build processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- A passion for product quality, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Having ISTQB certification is a plus
