THE JOB
Mobile and Web App Development:
· Design and develop high-performance and scalable mobile applications using React Native. React Native expertise is essential.
· Extend expertise to ReactJS for web application development, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Code Review and Mentorship:
· Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
· Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Cross-Platform Development:
· Leverage React Native for cross-platform mobile development, ensuring a seamless user experience on both iOS and Android platforms.
· Apply ReactJS skills for web application development, maintaining a unified codebase and user experience.
Backend Integration:
· Collaborate with backend developers to design and implement API endpoints, ensuring smooth communication between frontend and backend systems.
Troubleshooting and Optimization:
· Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues in mobile and web applications.
· Optimize code and implement best practices to enhance overall application performance.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience: 5+ years in large-scale React Native & ReactJS applications.
• Communication: Strong spoken and written English for international collaboration.
• Design Systems: Expertise in Material-UI or similar component libraries.
• Monorepo Management: Hands-on experience with Nx.
• Cloud & Deployment: Proficiency in AWS, Firebase, CI/CD, automated deployments, environment configuration, and cloud infrastructure.
• Authentication & Security: Experience with OAuth, JWT, Firebase Auth, Cognito, and secure microservices integration.
• Monitoring & Stability: Proficiency in Sentry, Datadog, Crashlytics, and real-time error tracking.
• Performance Optimization: Expertise in profilers, TTID, Cold Start time improvements.
• Native Debugging: Strong skills in Java/Kotlin (Android) & Objective-C/Swift (iOS) for React Native optimization.
• Product Ownership: Proactive mindset, continuous improvement, and industry awareness.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide junior engineers, foster knowledge sharing, and support Agile collaboration.
Nice to Have:
• Agile Adoption: Experience in large-scale Agile transformations.
• Team Leadership: Proven skills in team building, motivation, and coaching.
• E2E Testing: Experience with Cypress, Detox, or similar frameworks.
