1. Hands-on Testing (Manual & Automation)
   • Work directly on projects as a Senior QC engineer.
   • Write and execute manual test cases, identify bugs, and report issues clearly.
   • Design and maintain automation test scripts for web/API/mobile using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
   • Contribute to the setup of automation frameworks and CI pipelines for test automation.
2. Team Management & Technical Leadership
   • Define, implement, and continuously improve testing processes, standards, and best practices.
   • Assign QC members to projects based on their skillsets and the needs of each project.
   • Review and approve test strategies, test cases, and test results from team members.
   • Conduct test case and bug review sessions to ensure coverage and quality.
   • Monitor overall team performance, conduct regular evaluations, and propose improvement or transition plans when necessary.
3. Recruitment & Training
   • Take part in recruitment of QC engineers across different levels.
   • Design and conduct onboarding and technical training programs.
   • Develop and execute mentorship and coaching programs to junior and mid-level testers.
