YOUR MISSION

We are seeking an experienced Lead AI Engineer to join our team to develop and implement AI solutions to solve business problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, machine learning and software architecture, with experience in implementing and deploying enterprise AI services on cloud platforms. Additionally, this candidate should be able to work collaboratively with other team members to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Lead an AI Engineer development team, focusing on the back-end AI services, by providing direction and facilitating the collaboration between team members. 
• Study and understand our current business, involve into the PRD discovery phase, be able to clarify & understand the business problem.
• Design cloud-native AI service architecture that is scalable, highly available, reliable and maintainable.
• Participate in estimation, sprint planning and task assignment.
• Be responsible and fully control AI services from scratch, including solution, architect, DB, detailed design, coding, code review, testing, deployment, monitoring and support. 
• Develop, implement and deploy AI solutions to solve real-world business problems.
• Monitor & optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with the AI team and software engineers to build, integrate, and maintain AI models in production systems.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Work collaboratively with software developers to ensure successful deployment of AI services.
• Communicate results and progress clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, machine learning and AI application architectures.
