Propose AI Solutions

• Propose automation and AI solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency. Prioritize and plan high-impact AI initiatives.

Lead Development Execution

• Turn approved ideas into clear action plans.
• Manage the technical team to build and deliver AI solutions.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Build & Lead the AI Team

• Hire, train, and mentor AI engineers
• Lead best practices in development and experimentation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other departments.
• Align AI initiatives with business needs.
• Support digital transformation across Y4A
