What You Will Do
- Be responsible for the delivery of our projects:
- It’s a hands-on role so we expect you to do hands-on coding and do code reviews with your squad members.
- Work closely with our Product Managers and Engineering Lead to guide our clients in their product development journey and ensure our projects are delivered efficiently following our best practices.
- Lead the technical architecture and design discussions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability of the software.
- Mentor team members:
- Provide technical guidance to your team, ensuring they follow best practices and adopt the right tools and frameworks
- Participate in our recruitment process:
- Be part of the technical assessment of candidates.
- Provide insights to and collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering to:
- Lead technology comparison and engineering process improvements
- Coordinate activities between all engineering areas.
