1. Perform Automation Test activities:
+ Technical analysis of business requirements to produce specifications
+ Setup environment, design test cases, test suite, prepare test data, perform manual test, implement automation test scripts, review test cases, review test scripts, and create reports.
+ Follow guidelines from Control, Quality and Procedures Section: JIRA workflow, DevOps and build strategies, software development standards and best practices, security instructions,…
+ Follow client Standards
+ Adhere to the acceptance criteria and the Definition of Done
+ Ensure documentation of software/changes is maintained and at quality in accordance with internal standards and industry best practices.
2. Coordinate with client staff, onsite Team Coordinator and internal team:
+ Participate in the SCRUM event meetings
+ Follow-up on activities related to system configuration, development and operation
+ Review test case and test results of other members
+ Verify and submit Timesheet
+ Follow process, regulations and procedures of the Company
+ Define, monitor, assess and report project’s Objectives
3. Training and coaching:
+ Maintain technical skills and competencies in discipline which is responsible for.
+ Train/Coach other colleagues and newly hired employees when required
+ Study/Learn new technology when required
1. Technical skills/experiences:
+ At least 5+ years of experience in Software testing (SIT, UAT)
+ At least 3+ years of experience in working with Automation Test for Web application system
+ Has experience with automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, Cypress, Playwright
+ Has experience in creating of test planning and test strategy, designing test cases, defect analysis, and preparing test reports.
+ Has experience in JUnit, REST API testing.
+ Has experience in reviewing test cases, automation test script…
+ Familiar with BDD, TDD, Jenkins CI pipeline, Gitlab or GitHub, Xray, Kafka.
+ Familiar with at least one programming language and framework: Java (required), Groovy, Python, JavaScript, Spring, Quarkus, Maven, NodeJS
+ Have experience in using Generative AI to support testing activities.
2. Soft skills/experiences:
+ At least 2 years of experience in Agile SCRUM, has understanding about Agile Manifesto and SCRUM events.
+ Has ability and willing to get trained about programming languages as well as new Automation Test framework for both Web application and Mobile application
+ Efficient communication in English: self-introduction, interview, and presentation, discussion in SCRUM events
+ Has experience or willing to work with European client
