We are seeking an AI Team Leader (Manager) to lead our AI research and development team for a collaborative project with Japan. This role requires a leader with a strategic, big-picture perspective to manage project timelines, allocate and adjust resources effectively, and ensure delivery quality.
You will have the opportunity to build a management career in a dynamic environment and gain exposure to other areas such as digital marketing, business development, PR, and sales.

Leadership & Team Management

• Build, manage, and mentor the AI team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Plan, monitor, and adjust project timelines to ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
• Allocate and optimize resources (human, technical, budget) to achieve project goals efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, marketing, sales) to align AI initiatives with business strategy.
• Regularly report project status to senior management and proactively manage risks.

Technical & Research Responsibilities

• Set the research direction for AI, with a focus on LLMs, Generative AI, and NLP applications.
• Select appropriate annotated datasets for supervised learning tasks.
• Train, evaluate, and refine machine learning models using statistical analysis.
• Identify and implement the most suitable algorithms and tools for NLP tasks.
• Extend and maintain ML libraries and frameworks to scale across projects.
• Contribute to optimization problems and system performance improvements (a plus).
• Stay up-to-date with the rapidly evolving AI/ML ecosystem, particularly in LLMs and Generative AI.
