About the Role

We are looking for a Front-End Engineer who can build fast, intuitive, and reliable user experiences across web and mobile. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys crafting clean interfaces, optimizing performance, and collaborating closely with design, backend, and product teams to ship real, high-impact features.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front-End Development (Primary Scope)

• Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React and Next.js.
• Translate UX/UI designs into clean, functional, and scalable user interfaces.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
• Optimize performance across page load time, bundle size, caching, and rendering.
• Build reusable components and contribute to the evolution of our front-end design system.

2. Mobile Development (Secondary Scope)

• Develop and maintain mobile app features using React Native or equivalent frameworks.
• Ensure consistency of user experience across web and mobile platforms.
• Support improvements to mobile performance, stability, and UI/UX flows

3. Engineering & Collaboration

• Work closely with backend, product, design, and QA teams to deliver features end-to-end.
• Participate in architectural discussions, sprint planning, estimations, and code reviews.
• Debug and resolve production incidents, ensuring reliability and smooth operations.
• Write clean, modular, well-documented, and testable code that meets engineering standards.
