• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using .NET / .NET Core for FinTech and payment platforms.
• Build and operate microservices architecture, ensuring high availability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Design and implement message queue patterns (event-driven, asynchronous processing) for transaction-based systems.
• Work with Azure Cloud Services such as App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, and Azure Service Bus.
• Design and develop distributed systems with a strong focus on reliability and fault tolerance.
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and long-term maintainability.
• Analyze and optimize system performance, addressing latency, throughput, and scalability issues.
• Apply security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, QA, Product, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

At least 5 years of experience in Software Development
Backend Development
◦ Proficient in .NET Core 6/8 and C#
◦ Experience with REST API design and development
◦ Hands◦ on experience with IdentityServer4 or Duende IdentityServer
◦ Good understanding of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, PKCE, and Refresh Tokens
◦ Solid knowledge of Entity Framework Core (Code◦ First approach, Migrations)
◦ Strong experience with Azure SQL Server including query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning
◦ Familiarity with Azure Key Vaults and App Configuration
◦ Experience working with Azure Service Bus for messaging and distributed systems
Frontend Development
◦ Experience with ReactJS (Hooks) and TypeScript
◦ Good understanding of Ant Design (AntD) component library
◦ Comfortable consuming REST APIs in frontend
◦ Familiar with Redux or React Context API
◦ Experience working with component libraries such as MUI or custom
◦ built UI kits
DevOps & Infrastructure
◦ Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines (YAML◦ based) for CI/CD automation
◦ Familiar with Docker containerization
◦ Knowledge of Azure CI/CD best practices
◦ Experience setting up and monitoring with Application Insights, centralized logging, and monitoring tools
