Viettel Cyberspace Center (VTCC)

• At least 3 years of backend development experience with strong expertise in Golang. Open to Python/Node.js developers who are willing to work with Golang and have a strong engineering mindset.
• Solid knowledge of OOP, Microservices, Design Patterns, and System Design.
• Experience in system optimization or participation in large-scale systems with a significant user base.
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL), Redis, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and DevOps tools (Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code, focusing on reusability and readability, with proper unit testing.
• Clear goals, strong willingness to learn new technologies, and genuine passion for product development.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills; quick to grasp new technologies.
• Basic understanding of the end customers and users of the system.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics–Informatics, or related fields.

Bonus Points

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in secure programming, networking, and network protocols.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines.
• Experience solving complex technical challenges, including but not limited to:
• Performance optimization
• Large-scale system design
• Big data processing
• Algorithms and system scaling
• Strong understanding of database indexing mechanisms, with experience in query analysis and optimization.
