Gear Games develops iOS/Android games with high concurrent users and heavy network traffic in global markets (US, Europe, Arab). Alongside game development, we also build web-based platforms to support and enhance our gaming ecosystem.

To keep up with our growth, we’re looking for a skilled Backend Engineer to design and optimize scalable, high-performance systems. You’ll play a key role in developing robust backend solutions that power our games/web projects.

• Lead internal Tools Engineer's team to implement new tool features and improve current tools (performance and UX)
• Debug and fix existing issues
• Write technical design documents, for milestones and internal use
• Provide technical solutions, innovate, and improve the quality of implementation, performance
• Control the technical quality and coding best practices of the project
• Work with producers to plan task scheduling/resource assignment/risk evaluation, define/propose the future roadmap of the project
• Work/Talk with clients on the technical side
• Other duties as assigned by management
