For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for a Technical Architect to work in Ho Chi Minh City. As such, you always will be working with the latest proven technologies in a state of the art office with an open environment. Our client is an IT Staffing company specializing in software and application development. They provide technology services that digitally transform their partners and generate business value. They are a Microsoft Gold Partner and are ISO 27001:2013 certified. They offer a comprehensive range of services, including staffing and technology consulting, software engineering, and ongoing support. They fully embrace the Agile software engineering principles and use SCRUM to manage projects. Their multidisciplinary expertise enables them to deliver innovative solutions that help their partners achieve their goals.
Key responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design end-to-end system architecture, including application, integration, infrastructure, and security.
• Define technical standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and recommend suitable technologies and solutions.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review system designs, technical documentation, and code to ensure architectural compliance.
• Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies.
• Support estimation, solution proposals, and pre-sales activities when required.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies to improve business processes and software solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and provide architectural recommendations for adoption where appropriate.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise solutions when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Cloud certification: Azure
• Experience in solution consulting, or technical proposal preparation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a Solution Architect or Technical Architect role.
• Experience designing enterprise-level, cloud-based, and distributed systems.
• Experience working directly with international clients is preferred.
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns (Microservices, Eventdriven Architecture, Domain-Driven Design, RESTful APIs, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and system integration.
• Familiarity with security best practices and scalable system design.
• Hands-on development experience with modern technology stacks such as .NET, Java, Node.js, or similar.
• Good understanding of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Ability to identify suitable AI use cases and recommend appropriate AI solutions.
• Experience designing architectures that integrate AI into enterprise applications.
• Ability to advise clients and development teams on AI-enabled solution design.
• Experience with AI coding assistant tool like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code etc
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong English communication skills

• Ability to balance business needs with technical feasibility.
