Overview of job

*Assessment
- Information security managers assess the organization’s security measures, such as firewalls, anti-virus software and passwords, to identify any weak points that might make information systems vulnerable to attack.
- Cooprate with vendor to design and implement latest security strategy.
- They may carry out simulated attacks to test the efficiency of security measures. They also prioritize security coverage to ensure that strategically important data, such as commercial information or personal data, receives the highest levels of protection.
*Policies
- To minimize risks by developing policies that encourage secure working and protect data loss.
- Provide employees and managers different levels of access to company data based on seniority and job function with clear Segegrate of Duty
- Provide training for employees, explaining security risks and demonstrating good practices, such as using strong passwords and protecting data when they use mobile devices outside the office.
*Monitoring
-Set up procedures and automated processes to monitor the security status of computers, servers, networks and end users good pratice in using IT resource.
If the monitoring system detects unusual patterns of behavior, managers must respond quickly to determine the cause and deal with any threat.
- Analyze reports generated by the monitoring system to identify trends that might indicate a future risk
*DLP - Data Loss Prevention
- Workout with vendor to design & deploy Best-In-Class solution to protect data leakage.
- Build process and emergency action plan in crisis protection in case the data loss happened.
* Business continuity
- Build BIA - Business impact analysis
- Build DRP - designs and deploy with drill 1 time per year.
* Compliant
- No high risk point from IT Audit
- No high risk point from CAD Audit
*Team Management
- Perform staff appraisal and performance review processes in line with company policies.
- Ensure that the infrastructure team meets the agreed incident, problem and request SLA’s
- Develop Team plans for projects as required and manage team resources to ensure deliver to committed tasks
- Set and manage KPI’s with direct reports in accordance with the company policy
- Allways update new technology and IT standard to improve decurity designs and review as designed frequency.
- Making decision based on the Best-in-class standard & ITIL V3
- Creative and suggest idea to improve process followed the trend of technology trend
