Job description

Overview of job

Define and setup backup architecture on-prem and public cloud
Improvement of Backup/ DR solution
Incident & problem resolution
Provide level 2 support on escalation
Manage the capacity planning & backup application performance
Generate reporting and ensure BACKUP SLA are met
Manage storage appliances (Tape library, Disk or Cloud)

Job Requirement

Must have:

2-5 years of relevant experience
Experience in Veeam or Commvault
Proficient with Windows operating systems and services:
Understand network services like IP, DHCP, DNS.
Experience with cloud solutions (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Familiar with any Backup application
Understanding of RPO & RTO
Confident using English in a working environment:
Reading/writing specs, documenting system changes
Database: MSSQL or others
Scripting: Powershell or others
Autonomy and motivation for this function.
Interpersonal skills proficiency
Innovation mindset
Good communication skill in English.
Customer-oriented approach

Nice to have :

BSc/MSc in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent
Technically curious and having analytical skills
Basic knowledge about Kubernetes
Basic skill of using Terraform
