Must have:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience 
• Experience in Veeam or Commvault
• Proficient with Windows operating systems and services:
• Understand network services like IP, DHCP, DNS. 
• Experience with cloud solutions (AWS/GCP/Azure) 
• Familiar with any Backup application 
• Understanding of RPO & RTO
• Confident using English in a working environment:
• Reading/writing specs, documenting system changes
• Database: MSSQL or others 
• Scripting: Powershell or others
• Autonomy and motivation for this function. 
• Interpersonal skills proficiency  
• Innovation mindset   
• Good communication skill in English. 
• Customer-oriented approach

Nice to have :

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent   
• Technically curious and having analytical skills 
• Basic knowledge about Kubernetes
• Basic skill of using Terraform
