Responsibility
- Demonstrate technical and product ownership with product managers and business teams
- Guarantee the products quality, high availability, and high throughput for long term business impact and customers experience
Technical skills:
- Confident with Ruby on Rails or NodeJS. To us, “years of working” are just a number, we are looking for good engineers at any level
- Solid experience with developing Linux and web-based application’s frameworks (preferably Ruby on Rails and ExpressJS)
- Hand-on experience with designing and tuning relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL.
- Experience with improving legacy code/system and working with REST API, and GraphQL.
- Experience with designing and implementing asynchronous processes using event streaming services such as Kafka.
- Familiar with cloud computing such as AWS.
Other skills:
- Decent communication English skill to work with global members.
- Seniority level should have experience with guiding junior members.
- Pair programming and/or mob programming.
- Ability to work with others and preference on teamwork.
- High interest in learning and using new technology.
- Strong interest to change old industries with technology.

To change the world by reinventing legacy industry structures with the power of the internet, it is now operating three sharing platforms in printing, advertising and logistics.
Raksul’s biggest platform, raksul.com, is an online printing e-commerce service released in 2013, and it has over 1 million registered users in Japan. To further accelerate the growth of this service, many projects are in the pipeline, including the launching of brand new printing product categories such as corporate gift, the rebuilding and strengthening of the backend infrastructure, the releasing of new service features such as an online design software and an automated printing data checking system, etc.
Due to the rapid product expansion, Raksul is going to set up a new entity in Vietnam and grow its team of local engineering talents.
