Scope of work: Design solutions for driving business growth within One Mount Consumer (VinID Product) by researching new market opportunities, building strategic business partnership, overseeing growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue in line with projected income.
Responsibilities
- Develop an overall growth strategy and plan to achieve key business results for assigned product lines
- Work with internal departments within One Mount Consumer (VinID Product) (especially Marketing and Product department) to make the proposal for Partners as well as make sure all alignment implemented successfully
- Analyze client data and understand industry benchmarks, business trends and opportunities to recommend the most effective growth strategies
- Understand and improve key account indicators, including client satisfaction, revenue goals, targets, profitability, and strategic objectives
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams within OMC to assemble client-facing presentation materials
- Create additional value by expanding engagement scope and identifying new opportunities for our clients
- Grow the OMC footprint within the client’s business, including communicating with and pitching to executive-level leadership
- Excellent analytical skills and an ability to understand clients’ business issues for consulting and providing strategic services
- Experiences in strategy or business collaboration development projects (Banking, MT retails, E-commerce growth or Consulting projects are preferred)
- Experience in loyalty programs for a consumer-facing, ideally e-commerce or tech platform company
- Out of box thinking and good logical thinking
- High level of proficiency using Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent research skills (internet browsing, relationship with experts within this area)
- Excellent data analysis skill & presentation skills
- Prior experience/proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Desire to deal with complex business issues, and ability to work resiliently under high pressure and tight deadlines
- Working experience in Bank, Big4 Consulting Firms, E-commerce companies (big plus)
