Overview of job

• Plan product releases together with different stakeholders
• Ensure on-time release and co-ordinate component deliveries
• Ensure compliance with agile development process, defined quality measures, and legal requirements (e. g. Open-Source Scans)
• Steer creation of user-friendly technical documentation in English
• Collaborate with quality manager and security manager to identify risks, define necessary measures, and manage incidents
• Foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics and continuous improvement
• Make processes lean, remove barriers, and strengthen team rules
• Organize and moderate team meetings, agile release trainings, and product demos.
