Overview of job

• Gathering and completion of business requirements, conduct cost/benefits analysis
• Consult business needs, negotiate with business and suggest solutions
• Active role in definition of IT solutions with business
• Defining excellent documentation and users’ stories, highly and efficiently maintain the team’s backlog.
• Cooperate with local and also foreign development teams on delivery.
• Participation on system and acceptance testing to assure the quality standards.
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.
• Assess the project risks and work on the mitigation strategies to ensure that the software development process progresses smoothly and meets project goals.
• Have the knowledge of most business processes/information systems in the company.
• Sole responsibility for small and medium tasks
• Participation on IT and business projects
• Determine best practices, principals and promote them across the organization.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentoring for new BA specialist.
• Contribute to build team’s culture/process/standard.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior business analyst, and other team members.
• Assess the impact of changes to existing software systems, provide recommendations, and help manage or improve the change process.
