Overview of job

• Working closely with Data Platform team to ensure accurate and high-quality data is collected and analyzed on a consistent basis;

• Being responsible for defining key business metrics and reports providing meaningful data-driven decisions and process improvement;

• Participating in creating product feature and key business/risk metric dashboards by data visualization tools to track product performance and cross-functional business objectives; to monitor & identify abnormal user activities, app usage and fraudulent attempts (e,g., fake account, promotion abuse, misbehaviors from our drivers, etc.);

• Performing analysis to understand product performance, user behaviors and pain points to feedback for product/solution/model development. You need to interpret & analyze data (by using statistical techniques together with your domain knowledge) into actionable recommendations.

• Working closely with members from Risk Strategy & Ops team, Data Science team, Product team on analyzing and tracking impact & effectiveness of rules/policies/products/solutions (coverage, false-positive, drop-off rate of challenge), propose actionable insights, follow up the efficiency of your recommendations & adapt to different conditions;
