Overview of job

🔹 Product Development

• Build and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter (primary) or React Native to deliver consistent performance on iOS and Android.
• Develop responsive web applications with React.js / Next.js to ensure a seamless experience across desktop and mobile browsers.
• Implement real-time trading interfaces, dashboards, charts, and analytics for investors.
• Ensure smooth API integration with backend services (REST & GraphQL).

🔹 Technical Leadership

• Participate in defining frontend and mobile architecture (state management, modularization, performance optimization).
• Propose and implement best practices for coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment.
• Contribute to system design discussions, offering expertise on frontend performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Support the backend team in designing API contracts, data models, and security layers.

🔹 Quality & Performance

• Ensure high-performance rendering and smooth interactions on mobile devices.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high code quality.
• Optimize apps for offline usage, caching strategies, and push notifications.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure apps meet financial-grade quality standards.

🔹 Team Collaboration & Mentorship

• Work closely with Product Managers, BAs, and UX/UI designers to translate business needs into working features.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing guidance on frontend/mobile technologies, design patterns, and best practices.
• Act as a role model for agile development, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

• Stay up to date with the latest in mobile, web, and cloud technologies.
• Suggest and evaluate new tools and frameworks to improve developer productivity.
