- Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex, scalable, and sustainable Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
- Drive and participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements analysis, architectural design, coding, and testing to deployment and maintenance.
- Partner closely with stakeholders (Business Analysts, Customers, IT Comtor team) to analyze complex requirements, provide consultation, and propose the most effective automation solutions.
- Establish and maintain coding standards, best practices, and the overall RPA development architecture within the team to ensure quality and consistency.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex production issues, delivering robust solutions and implementing preventive measures.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers on the team.
- Research and integrate emerging technologies, especially Generative AI platforms like Dify.ai, to enhance the capabilities and efficiency of automation solutions.
BENEFITS WE HAVE:
- 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with leading RPA tools such as Power Automate, UiPath
- Minimum of 1 years of strong programming experience with Python. Experience with JavaScript and HTML is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of and experience working with UI elements, APIs, and Databases.
- Excellent logical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes for automation opportunities.
- Proven ability to work independently, provide technical leadership, and mentor other team members.
- Experience with LLM/Generative AI platforms such as Dify.ai or similar tools is highly preferred.
