JOB DESCRIPTION

The Program Manager is responsible for driving business growth and ensuring successful project delivery through strategic sales execution, customer relationship management, and operational excellence. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies for target markets, analyzing customer and sector trends to identify expansion opportunities, and maintaining long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

The Program Manager will directly participate in the bidding process, lead proposal and estimation decisions, and negotiate contracts with clients. This position also provides guidance and support to Project Managers and Coordinators, ensuring that proposed technical and operational solutions deliver optimal value within the company’s capabilities and resources. Additionally, the Program Manager oversees the overall project management process to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for designated customer segments and markets.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for service expansion, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Manage and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Lead and make final decisions in proposal, estimation, and bidding processes.
• Define and enforce decision rules for proposal and estimation processes.
• Negotiate and finalize client contracts.
• Advise and support project teams in delivering cost-effective, high-value solutions.
