Job Overview: We are seeking a visionary and technically accomplished CTO/ Head of AI (Japanese N2+) to define and execute NECVN’s AI strategy, ensure alignment with NEC HQ, and lead the development of innovative AI solutions that deliver measurable value to customers. This role combines strategic leadership with deep technical expertise in artificial intelligence.

• Develop and lead NECVN’s AI strategy in alignment with NEC HQ’s global technology roadmap.
• Act as a strategic and technical liaison between NECVN and NEC HQ, ensuring smooth collaboration and knowledge transfer.
• Lead the AI engineering team in researching, designing, and deploying advanced AI solutions
• Translate customer and business requirements into scalable AI architectures and solutions.
• Oversee the full AI lifecycle: from data acquisition and model development to deployment and monitoring.
• Ensure technical excellence, innovation, and compliance with global standards in all AI initiatives.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies and methodologies to maintain NECVN’s competitive edge.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate AI into broader digital transformation efforts and enterprise solutions.

• Working time: Mon-Fri, Hybrid working mode
