Overview of job

As a DBA, you’ll play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust database solutions that power our global digital transformation projects. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability across diverse environment

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL and NoSQL database systems
• Implement and optimize data models (e.g., dimensional modeling, star schema)
• Manage data integration workflows using ETL/ELT tools and data pipelines
• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
• Collaborate with cloud architects to deploy and manage databases on AWS
• Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are in place
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior DBAs and developers
• Document database architecture, processes, and best practices
