• Operate and maintain Landing Zones on Azure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance.
• Monitor system health and performance using New Relic and PagerDuty, responding to alerts and incidents promptly.
• Automate operational tasks and deployments using Kubernetes (AKS), Terraform/Bicep, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform root cause analysis for major incidents and implement permanent fixes.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize environments and improve observability (metrics, logs, tracing).
• Ensure adherence to SLOs/SLIs, security, and cost optimization strategies.
• Document operational procedures, runbooks, and incident reports for knowledge sharing.
• Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts using .NET (C#), integrating with operational systems and APIs.

1. Must have
• Language: English (mandatory)
• Strong experience with Azure Cloud and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Hands-on skills in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, C#).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Expertise in monitoring and incident management tools: like New Relic, PagerDuty or other similar systems.
2. Nice to have
• Knowledge of logging and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Experience in .NET Framework / .NET Core and C#
• Exposure to security and compliance frameworks in cloud environments.
