Job Summary

KMS Technology

Requirements elicitation: Lead individual and group meetings to gather detailed business requirements.
Perform impact analysis: Identify and analyze scope change.
Stakeholder management: Facilitate requirements meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
Solution evaluation: Assist in evaluating potential solutions to meet business requirements through independent investigation. Adhere to product best practices to ensure consistent technical solution design.
Collaboration: Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood, technical solutions are aligned, and testing plans are robust. Act as a key point of contact for complex system-related issues, providing detailed analysis and insights to refine design approaches.
All other tasks as assigned.

At least more than 2 year of experience in business analysis.
Excellent command of English skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing).
Intermediate to advanced level of Business Analysis and Configuration Tools: Proficiency in more advanced tools and software for requirements management and documentation (e.g., Jira, Excel, Word, Microsoft Visio,..).
Good understanding of SDLC methodologies: Deeper understanding of SDLC methodologies and the ability to apply them in various project contexts.
Good documentation skills: Ability to create detailed business requirement documents and functional specifications.
Good understand of business process modeling: More advanced understanding of business process modeling techniques.
Good business analysis techniques: Proficient in various business analysis techniques such as SWOT analysis, GAP analysis, and root cause analysis.
For Senior level: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide project teams.
