The role.
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be a key member of our team, focused on creating next-generation solutions for our client’s colleagues and customers. Quality is a shared responsibility integrated from the start of the project, and you will be essential in providing timely feedback on the quality and viability of the services delivered. You will get support/training in the team to ensure you have all the tools and knowledge needed to excel in your role.
You will work closely with a product development team, offering guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery from the beginning. As a reflective partner, you will provide critical insights into the quality of their work at pivotal stages. While a deep understanding of testing techniques is important, this role is not about traditional testing. Instead, it centers on empowering others to incorporate quality into their processes before any code is written.
